Six services, each with a stated scope

Every figure below applies to the scope printed beside it. A price marked from is a starting figure for the smallest form of that service and is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Nothing on this page adds an item to a cart or holds an appointment.

All six services

S-01

AI readiness review

$1,200

A two-week review of how the business actually runs: the recurring tasks, the tools already paid for and the data those tools hold. The firm interviews up to six members of staff, reads a sample of real work and returns a ranked list of where automation or AI would save time, where it would add risk and where nothing should change. The fixed price covers a business of up to fifty people.

Best for an owner with several AI ideas and no clear order to take them in.

Usual timing two weeks from the first interview.

Included

  • Up to six staff interviews and a review of sample work
  • A written, ranked recommendation with the cost and the risk of each item

Not included building or buying any tool. The recommendation can be taken to any provider.

S-02

Workflow automation sprint

from $4,800

One business process automated end to end inside software the business already uses or has chosen, such as moving web orders into invoicing and delivery scheduling. The sprint maps the process as it runs today, agrees the automated version in writing, builds it, tests it with the staff who own the process and documents every step. The starting figure covers one process touching up to three systems; anything larger is quoted in writing after the mapping session.

Best for a business with one repetitive process that already follows clear rules.

Usual timing four to six weeks from the mapping session.

Included

  • A mapping session and a written process diagram
  • The automation built, tested and switched on
  • A maintenance guide naming each trigger and its owner
  • Thirty days of fixes after switch-on

Not included software licence and subscription costs, which the business pays to the provider directly and which are never marked up.

S-03

Strategy decision session

$450

A ninety-minute working session on one specific decision, such as whether to buy a tool, hire for a role or build a process in-house. A short preparation list is sent in advance, and a written summary follows within two working days, setting out the options, what each one costs over a year and what would change the answer.

Best for one clearly defined question that needs an outside view.

Usual timing ninety minutes, with the summary inside two working days.

Included

  • The session, held at the office or remotely
  • A written summary of the options and their yearly costs

Not included follow-on implementation work, which is scoped and quoted separately if wanted.

S-04

Data and reporting cleanup

from $2,600

Competing spreadsheets and dashboards traced back to their sources and replaced by one agreed set of figures. The firm documents where each number comes from, settles definitions that differ between teams and rebuilds the core report in the tool the business already uses. The starting figure covers up to three source systems and one core report, and the session ends with a written note of each definition agreed.

Best for a team whose meetings begin with a disagreement about which number is right.

Usual timing about three weeks from access to the source systems.

Included

  • A source map for every figure in the core report
  • One rebuilt report or dashboard
  • A one-page definition sheet for the numbers on it

Not included moving data between systems and any ongoing report maintenance.

S-05

AI use policy workshop

$1,800

A half-day workshop with the people who manage each team, followed by a plain-language AI use policy for the business: which tools are approved, what information must never be entered into them and whom staff ask when a case is unclear. The draft arrives within ten working days with one round of revisions included. The policy is an operating document rather than legal advice, and the firm recommends that the business’s own attorney reviews it before adoption.

Best for a business where staff already use AI tools without a written rule.

Usual timing a half-day workshop, with the draft inside ten working days.

Included

  • The workshop for up to twelve people
  • A written policy draft and one round of revisions
  • A one-page summary for all staff

Not included legal review, training beyond the workshop and technical enforcement of the policy.

S-06

Fractional operations advisory

from $3,200 a month

A named senior consultant working with the leadership team two days a month while a larger change is under way, such as replacing a core system or introducing automation across several teams. The work covers the monthly leadership meeting, a running decision log, check-ins with vendors and project leads, and a short written note each month on what has moved and what is at risk. The starting figure covers two days a month on a three-month minimum term.

Best for a leadership team running a change that no one inside has the time to lead.

Usual timing a three-month minimum, reviewed at the end of each month.

Included

  • Two consulting days a month, including the leadership meeting
  • A running decision log and a monthly written note
  • Email questions answered within two working days

Not included hands-on build work and interim management responsibility. No outcome is promised; the advisory records decisions and risks, it does not guarantee a result.

Engagement timeline

How a typical engagement runs, stage by stage

  1. Day 1The enquiry arrives, and the reply names the published service it falls under.
  2. Week 1A scoping conversation, then the written scope and the confirmed figure.
  3. Week 2Interviews, mapping sessions or the decision session itself, depending on the service.
  4. Week 3Findings or a first build shared as a draft, with one round of comments.
  5. Week 5An automation or a rebuilt report switched on and tested with its owners.
  6. Week 6Handover: documentation, a named owner for each part and the next step in writing.

Timings are typical rather than promised. The written scope for each engagement carries its own dates, and any change to them is agreed in writing before it takes effect.

Reading the timeline

Not every service uses every row. The strategy decision session ends inside the first fortnight and the AI readiness review finishes by week three. The automation sprint and the reporting cleanup run the full length, the policy workshop follows its own ten-day drafting cycle, and fractional advisory repeats the pattern monthly.

A stage on this list is a stage of work, not an appointment. Nothing on this page holds a place in a diary.

Side by side

The same six, compared on four points

The figures repeat what each record above already states. Nothing new is introduced here, and a starting figure still applies to the scope printed with the service.

S-06 Fractional operations advisory from $3,200 a month 3-month minimum Describe the change under way

03 · Process

How contact works

01

Send the form or write

Name the service and the one question that matters most. The form asks for a name, an email address, an optional telephone number, the service and a message of at least twenty characters.

02

Receive a written reply

A reply arrives by email or telephone during office hours, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. It states what the firm can do and what it would cost.

03

Agree the scope, then start

Work begins only after the scope and the figure are agreed in writing. A published price applies to its stated scope; anything beyond it is quoted before it starts.

04 · Suitability

If two services look equally suitable

Suitability depends on the business’s own circumstances and on the scope printed beside each service, so the description alone cannot settle every case. When two options read the same way, the contact form is the shorter route: name both, describe the situation in a sentence or two, and the firm will say which scope fits and what it would cost.

Ask which service fits

05 · Contact

Ask about one of the six

Name the service and the firm will confirm the scope and the figure in writing before anything begins.

Or write to hello@meridianloopadvisory.example and the firm replies Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
