01 · Services

Six priced services

Each service is published with its scope, its price and the kind of business it suits. Nothing on this website completes a booking.

02 · Approach

The scope is agreed in writing before the work starts, and the price follows the scope.

Meridian Loop Advisory works to a stated scope rather than an open-ended retainer. A published figure applies to the scope printed beside it; anything outside that is quoted before it begins, so the number on the invoice is the number that was agreed. How the firm works.

02.1 · Three steps

From the first question to finished work

  1. 01

    The question is written

The business describes the process or the decision in writing, and the published service it falls under is named.

    Before anything is charged

  2. 02

    The price follows the scope

The figure published beside that scope is confirmed in writing. Anything outside it is quoted separately before it starts.

    Within one working day

  3. 03

The work is handed over documented

Finished work comes back with a written record of what was found, what was changed and how the business’s own staff maintain it.

    The agreed date

RecordEvery working session ends in written notes, so each recommendation can be traced back to the conversation and the figures behind it.

02.2 · What one engagement contains

01 Scope
A written statement of what the service covers, what it excludes and which published price applies to it.
02 Inputs
The process descriptions, tool list and sample data needed, listed once at the start. Nothing further is requested unless the scope changes and is requoted.
03 Handoff
The finished recommendation or build, the documentation behind it and a named owner for each part of it.
04 Next step
One named action and the date it falls due. Where no further work is needed, the record says so instead.

Marcus Ellery

Principal consultant

Marcus Ellery leads AI readiness reviews and strategy decision sessions. He spent twelve years running operations at regional logistics and home-health companies, and writes every recommendation so that a non-technical owner can act on it.

04.2 · Automation lead

Priya Raman

Automation lead

Priya Raman leads workflow automation sprints. She previously built integrations for a Columbus software consultancy, and documents every automated step so that the client’s own staff can maintain it after handover.

What three clients wrote

01

We came in convinced that a chatbot would clear our tenant email backlog. Marcus Ellery spent the first week reading a sample of three hundred messages with us and showed that most of them were the same four questions about maintenance visits. The written review put a shared reply library and a better request form first, and a chatbot trial only if volume stayed high after a quarter. It was not the answer I expected, and the figure on the invoice matched the one on the website.

Priya Raman automated the route from our web shop into invoicing and delivery scheduling, using software we already paid for. No new subscription was added. What made the difference was the handover guide: every automated step is written down with what triggers it, what it touches and who owns it. Two months later one step stopped after a vendor update, and our office manager fixed it from the guide without needing to call anyone.

I booked the decision session to settle one question: hire a second scheduler or pay for scheduling software. The preparation list asked for five numbers, and the session itself stayed on that single question. The summary arrived two days later with both options costed over a year and a note on what would change the answer. We hired the scheduler. Nobody tried to sell me the software, or anything else.

Common questions

06.1 · Answers

01 Which service should a business start with?

Most businesses start with the AI readiness review or a single strategy decision session. The review suits a business with several ideas and no clear order to take them in; the session suits one specific question that needs an outside view. Each description on the Services page states what the service covers and what it leaves out, and where two still look equally suitable, the contact form can name both and the firm will say which scope fits and why.

02 Are the displayed prices final?

Published prices apply to the stated scope and to nothing else. A figure without a qualifier is the price for that scope. A price marked from is a starting figure, and the confirmed figure is agreed in writing, after a short scoping conversation, before any work begins. Software licences that a recommendation involves are paid by the business directly to the provider and are never marked up.

03 Does the firm build or sell AI software?

No. Meridian Loop Advisory sells no software of its own and accepts no referral fees or commissions from software vendors. Where a tool is recommended, the business buys it directly. Automation work is built inside software the business already owns or has chosen, and it is documented so that the business can maintain it or move it to another provider.

04 Is the work done on site or remotely?

Both. Interviews, mapping sessions and workshops can be held at the office in Columbus, at the client’s premises within the Columbus area or by video call. Most build and reporting work is done remotely inside the client’s own systems. The written scope names where each part of the engagement takes place.
