Lead barber and fade specialist
Keeps the shop's appointment book and takes the skin fades and the combined haircut-and-beard bookings. The role sets the fade height with the client watching, explains how a crown or cowlick will change the shape, and says when a style will need a shorter return visit to hold.
Scissor work and classic cuts
Concentrates on scissor-over-comb cuts, longer classic styles and the careful tidy between full cuts. Each head is checked for growth pattern, density and how the hair sits dry before a length is agreed, and every neckline is finished by hand.
Straight-razor shaves and beard work
Takes the hot towel shaves and the beard trims, and keeps the towels, lather and blades ready through the day. The role checks the skin before a razor touches it and turns a shave into a trim when the skin is not ready for a blade.
Classic cuts and junior appointments
Takes classic haircuts and the junior cuts, and cleans and disinfects the stations, capes and clippers between clients. The role handles the calmer, shorter appointments younger clients need and works classic cuts alongside the head barber.
Between the four of them, every service on the list has somebody who works on it. Naming a preferred barber on the contact form is possible; availability is confirmed separately.
