Four people work at 218 Arden Row. Between them they cover the tour, the memberships, the rooms and the building itself, so every question has somebody whose job it actually is.
Founder and floor lead
Opened the floor in 2019 and still runs the tour that starts most memberships. Works out which of the six plans fits the way a person actually works rather than the largest one on the list, and says plainly when a smaller plan would do the job.
Membership coordinator
Handles enquiries, day passes and the move from a trial day to a monthly plan. Reads every enquiry against the published plans and replies with the one that fits, or says that none of the six does and why.
Meeting room and events coordinator
Looks after the eight-seat room, the hourly bookings and the setup that goes with them. Confirms the layout, the display and the hourly figure when a hire is booked, so nothing about the room is a surprise on the day.
Facilities and access lead
Keeps the floor, the kitchen and the network running, and issues the key fobs that open the street door outside staffed hours. Every fob is recorded against a named member and cancelled on the day that membership ends.
The six plans are divided between the four. A visitor may ask for a particular person through the contact form; availability is confirmed separately.
The contact form takes a question and sends it to the workspace. Book goes to the arrangements page; neither one starts a membership by itself.
An email address only, used to send occasional notes about the floor and the rooms. No offers chased by a countdown and no third party.
It is published in the open, where anyone can copy it, so it is left short of its final polish and audit pass. The design chosen is fully audited and polished before it goes live.
