Six plans, each with the scope it covers
A price on this page applies to the scope printed under it. Where a price begins with “from”, the final figure is confirmed after a visit and written down before anything is signed.

Day pass
$29 a day
One open-floor desk for a single working day, from opening to closing, with power, wired and wireless network, a day locker and the shared kitchen. Nothing is held overnight, and the desk is released when the building closes.
Suits a visitor in Pittsburgh for a day, or a first look at the floor before any membership is agreed.

Flex desk
$185 a month
Ten days a month on the open floor, used in any combination, reserved the day before or taken on arrival when a desk is free. Unused days do not carry into the following month, and that is said before the first invoice rather than after it.
Suits somebody who works from home most weeks and needs a room with other people in it for a few days.

Dedicated desk
$340 a month
One desk that belongs to a single member and is kept between visits, with a lockable pedestal, a monitor arm, a full-height locker and a key fob that opens the street door outside staffed hours.
Suits somebody in the building most days who would rather not pack the desk away every evening.

Private studio
from $1,150 a month
A lockable room for two to four people with its own door, a whiteboard wall, desks and storage, taken on a three-month minimum. The published figure is the two-person rate; a larger room is quoted after a visit and confirmed in writing before a start date.
Suits a small team that needs to talk out loud all day without booking a room every time.

Meeting room
$42 an hour
The eight-seat room at the front of the floor, hired by the hour during opening hours, with a wall display, a whiteboard, water and a seating layout agreed when the hire is booked. Members book the same room through reception at a reduced hourly rate.
Suits a workshop, an interview day or a client meeting that should not happen at a cafe table.

Registered address and locker
$45 a month
A business mailing address at 218 Arden Row, with post signed for and held at reception during opening hours, plus a full-height locker on the floor. It includes no desk and no floor access, and it is not a company formation or registered agent service.
Suits a business that needs a fixed address in the city without needing a seat on the floor.
How contacting the workspace works

A question arrives
Sent through the contact form or by telephone. It needs the plan being considered and a sentence about how the space would be used, and nothing else.

The workspace replies
Arden Row Workspace confirms which of the six plans fits, or says plainly that none of them does.

A tour is arranged
Arranged directly, with the figure and the notice period confirmed first. Nothing on this website starts a membership.
When a plan may not be the right one
A team that grows mid-term, work that needs a door shut all day, or a schedule built around late evenings can each make a published plan the wrong choice. Arden Row Workspace says so before a start date rather than after the first invoice, and the day pass exists precisely so the floor can be tried before anything longer is agreed.
