The four people who do the work

Four people work at 418 Kellerman Avenue. The six services are divided between them, so every service has someone whose day it mostly is, and a visitor always knows who that would be.

A black backdrop hung above a white studio floor, lit from both sides by softboxes on stands.
The photographs on this page show the studio's own cameras and lighting rather than the people named beside them.
  • A wooden field camera mounted on its wooden tripod, photographed against a plain grey background.

    Marisol Treviño

    Founder and lighting director

Sets the lighting for every sitting and decides which of the six services a brief actually fits. The role exists to keep the photographic half honest: the generated frames can only carry what the sitting gave them, so the sitting is where the attention goes.

  • A portrait lighting set-up waiting for a sitter: an empty chair between a softbox, a speedlight on a stand and a gold reflector.

    Aaron Whitfield

    Studio photographer

Runs the sittings themselves, including the team roster days. Works through framing and expression at the chair and keeps a written note of what was covered, so the generation stage is working from a record rather than a memory.

  • A small digital camera mounted on a flexible-legged tripod.

    Priya Raghunathan

    Retouch and likeness lead

Reviews every generated set before it is delivered and runs the retouch and revision pass. Frames that drift from the person photographed are discarded rather than sent, and anything the studio cannot correct is named in writing instead of quietly left in.

  • A large deep parabolic softbox on a heavy stand, with the strobe head fitted at its centre, standing in the studio.

    Desmond Clay

    Studio coordinator

Reads incoming enquiries against the six services, gathers the details needed for a useful reply and arranges the sittings. This role confirms that the contact form begins a conversation; it does not hold a time.

Service focus

The six services are divided between the four people above. A visitor may ask for a particular one through the contact form; availability is confirmed separately.

A question about a service, a sitting or a price

The contact form takes a question and sends it to the studio. Book goes to the arrangements page; neither one confirms a time by itself.
