Five business days after the last sitting
The intended use is taken first, in words, and read back before a date is held. Every set begins with a photographic sitting in the studio, because the generated frames are built from those photographs and from nothing else. What the studio can and cannot reach is said at that point rather than after delivery.
Eight photographs of the studio itself. Every one of them is a real photograph; none of them is a generated image, and none is presented as a set delivered to a customer.
Four people run the studio between them. A visitor may ask for a particular one through the contact form; availability is confirmed separately.
Founder and lighting director
Sets the lighting for every sitting and decides which of the six services a brief actually fits. The role exists to keep the photographic half honest: the generated frames can only carry what the sitting gave them, so the sitting is where the attention goes.
Studio photographer
Runs the sittings themselves, including the team roster days. Works through framing and expression at the chair and keeps a written note of what was covered, so the generation stage is working from a record rather than a memory.
Retouch and likeness lead
Reviews every generated set before it is delivered and runs the retouch and revision pass. Frames that drift from the person photographed are discarded rather than sent, and anything the studio cannot correct is named in writing instead of quietly left in.
Studio coordinator
Reads incoming enquiries against the six services, gathers the details needed for a useful reply and arranges the sittings. This role confirms that the contact form begins a conversation; it does not hold a time.
