Planning and fee questions, answered
Eight questions the firm is asked most often, grouped into three categories and answered in full. Every answer states the position in its first sentence.

Service
01 How should a visitor choose a service?
Start with the six service descriptions on the Services page and the fee beside each one. Every description states what the service covers and what it does not, so most visitors can rule out four of the six in a couple of minutes. Where two options still look equally suitable, send the contact form naming both, and the firm replies with which scope fits the question and why.
02 Are the displayed fees final?
Published fees apply to the stated scope and to nothing else. Where a fee is shown as a figure, that figure holds for the work described beside it. Where it is shown as a “from” fee, the scope varies with the accounts involved, so a written estimate is confirmed before any work begins. No fee is a percentage of assets, nothing is billed by the hour, and nothing is added after a scope has been agreed.
03 What should a first-time visitor prepare?
Bring only the documents that bear directly on the question being asked. A planning conversation usually needs recent account statements and a rough note of monthly spending; a retirement conversation also needs pension and Social Security estimates. Sensitive material such as account numbers, identification numbers or login details is exchanged through the approved process the firm describes, never through an ordinary website message.
04 Can a visitor request a particular adviser?
Yes. Use the contact form to name the adviser or the kind of help wanted, and the firm confirms who is suitable and available for that scope. The Staff page lists each person with the services they concentrate on. If the requested person is not the right fit for the question, the firm says so and explains who is, before anything is agreed.
Still not sure
If the four answers above have not settled it, the contact form is quicker than reading further. Name the two services under consideration and the firm will say which scope fits the question.

05 Does the website complete a booking?
No. This website sends a contact request or directs the visitor to the configured Book destination; it does not confirm an appointment and it holds no calendar. Nothing shown here is live availability. A request becomes an appointment only once the firm has replied and both the time and the scope are agreed in writing, which happens after the form is sent, not while it is being sent.
06 How are changes or cancellations handled?
Send the contact form, or write to the firm by email, naming the work and the change wanted. Every change is confirmed directly and in writing, and a change is not in effect until that confirmation arrives. There is no charge for cancelling work that has not started. Where work has already begun, the scope agreed in writing is what sets the amount owed.

07 Can the firm promise a particular investment result?
No, and no adviser can. Markets move in ways nobody can predict, investing involves risk including the possible loss of the money invested, and past performance does not guarantee future results. What a plan can do is set out the assumptions it rests on, show a range of possible outcomes and name the decisions that stay with the client. The firm would rather state that limit plainly than imply a certainty it cannot offer.
08 Where can privacy information be found?
The Privacy page explains what the contact and subscribe forms collect, why each field is collected, who receives it, how long it is kept and how to ask for it to be removed. It also states the limitation that matters most: an ordinary website message is not a secure channel, so account numbers, statements and identity documents belong in the approved process instead.
