Eight questions, answered plainly

Grouped by what the question is about: choosing and paying for a service, getting in touch, and how a first visit actually runs.

Service

About the work itself

How should a visitor choose a service?

Start with the service descriptions and prices. A circuit that trips without an obvious cause usually begins with a diagnostic visit; a board that has never been labelled usually begins with a panel safety inspection.

What should a first-time visitor prepare?

Provide the property type, the board type if it is known, a short description of what has stopped working and safe access to the consumer unit. Do not attempt a repair on a live circuit before the visit.

Is diagnostic visit suitable for every customer?

Suitability depends on the fault and on the service scope. Where the cause is already known and named, a circuit and outlet repair can be the shorter route. The contact form can be used to ask before proceeding.

Contact

Getting in touch and what happens next

Can a visitor request a specific staff member?

Yes. Use the contact form to name a preferred staff member; availability is confirmed separately.

If the question is not here, the contact form reaches the firm directly and an answer does not require a visit. Send a question instead.

Does the website complete a booking?

No. The website sends a contact request or directs the visitor to the configured Book destination; it does not confirm an appointment.

How are changes or cancellations handled?

Use the published telephone number or contact form. The business confirms any change directly.

Practical

Prices, changes and privacy

Are the displayed prices final?

Published prices apply to the stated scope. A from price, such as the one on the EV charger installation, requires a confirmed estimate before work begins.

Where can privacy information be found?

The Privacy page explains what the contact and subscribe forms collect, why it is collected and how to request removal.

Notes from the workshop, occasionally

An email when a code change affects domestic boards, or when a seasonal check is worth a reminder. No fixed schedule, and one link in every message removes an address from the list.
