Four responsibilities around one client.

Each profile explains who handles the decision, the session and the follow-through, and which services that person leads.

Marcus Delaney

Training director

This role leads the first consultation and keeps assessment scope, pricing and service boundaries consistent. The training director turns the visitor’s stated goal into a practical starting point, explains when another kind of support may be more appropriate and records the agreed next step without promising a result.

Responsibility: clear fit, scope and handoff.

Priya Raman

Strength coach

This role delivers one-to-one sessions from the agreed plan, demonstrating setup, checking technique and adjusting working pace when needed. The strength coach keeps each exercise tied to the session purpose, answers practical questions and records the next focus while avoiding medical or guaranteed-outcome claims.

Responsibility: safe, understandable session delivery.

Tomas Whelan

Movement coach

This role concentrates on foundational patterns, movement confidence and a pace the visitor can understand. The movement coach uses the assessment outline as a starting point, explains why an exercise was selected and changes the setup when comfort or control suggests a different route.

Responsibility: observable movement and useful explanation.

Erin Kowalczyk

Client experience coordinator

This role keeps enquiries, service questions and general scheduling information moving to the right coach. The coordinator explains what the website does and does not confirm, protects private information from unnecessary collection and makes sure the visitor receives a direct answer before treating any time as scheduled.

Responsibility: accurate information and direct confirmation.

Ask by responsibility

Describe the kind of help needed.

The studio routes the enquiry by service and responsibility, so nobody has to choose a coach before the goal is clear.
