1. Scope

This notice covers the Northline Private Training catalogue pages, enquiry form and subscription demonstration. It does not describe any third-party platform reached through an external link.

2. Information collected

The enquiry form requests a name, email address, optional telephone number, service choice, message and acknowledgement. The subscription form requests an email address. A deployed host may also process ordinary technical logs needed for security and delivery.

Do not submit diagnoses, health records, payment-card details, government identifiers or other sensitive information through these forms.

3. How information is used

Enquiry details are intended to answer the question, discuss service fit and arrange a separately confirmed next step. Subscription details are intended only for requested studio updates and related administration.

4. Service providers and sharing

A production site may use hosting, email and form-delivery providers under appropriate agreements. Information should not be sold. It may be disclosed when required by applicable law or needed to protect the service from misuse.

5. Retention and security

Keep information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal requirements and reasonable records. No website can promise absolute security; a production operator should document its actual controls and deletion schedule.

6. Your choices

You may ask the production operator to provide, correct or delete applicable information, subject to local law and necessary records. Marketing messages should include an unsubscribe method.
