How a visit works
A visit begins with the service named and the price confirmed, not with an assessment that leads to a longer list. Stillwater Day Spa offers relaxation and care of the skin, hair and feet; it does not diagnose a condition and does not present any service as a treatment for one. Where a request falls outside that, the spa says so before the appointment rather than during it.

How should a visitor choose a service?
The six service pages give the scope, the length and the price of each. When two still look equally right, a short note through the contact form is enough for the desk to suggest one.
Are the displayed prices final?
Published prices apply to the stated scope. Any “from” or custom price requires a confirmed estimate before work begins.
What should a first-time visitor prepare?
Nothing special. Mention skin sensitivities, allergies or a new prescription when the appointment is arranged, and say if a scented oil should be swapped.
Can a visitor request a specific staff member?
Yes. Name the preferred specialist in the contact form or on the telephone; the desk replies with the times that person has free.
