The nails are checked first, the scope and the price are confirmed out loud, and the work is reported against that scope afterwards. A set that turns out to need more than the booked service is re-quoted, never quietly upgraded.

Four technicians, each concentrating on two of the six services. A visitor may ask for a particular one through the contact form.
Founder and lead technician
Leads structured gel work and first-visit consultations, with attention to nail condition, the length a visitor can actually live with, and a maintenance interval that is honest about regrowth. The role says plainly when a set should be taken off and rested rather than rebuilt.
Senior gel specialist
Concentrates on gel colour and overlays: preparation, cure times and a finish that holds at the sidewall instead of lifting. Each service starts with a look at the free edge and the cuticle, so the method follows the nail in front of the technician rather than a photograph.
Pedicure and foot-care lead
Runs the classic and spa pedicures, including the soak, the nail work and a light smoothing of hard skin. The role keeps to cosmetic foot care and refers anything that looks like a medical matter to a podiatrist rather than working on it.
Nail artist and colour lead
Handles freehand art, stamping and colour matching, and keeps the studio's colour record so a shade can be repeated on a later visit. The role prices art by the time it takes and quotes that time before the brush comes out.
The technician talked through the shape and the length before starting, and the price at the desk was the price on the website.
