Roadmap shaping, scope cuts and the trade-offs nobody wants to name out loud.
Wireframes through to production-ready screens, in Figma, with the empty and error states drawn.
Tokens, components and usage notes, handed over with a written maintenance plan.
Clickable builds and paper studies that settle an argument in a week instead of a quarter.
Interview notes and analytics turned into a short document a team can act on.
Art direction, photography briefs and brand application across a product and its marketing.

Occasional notes
A short note when a new project write-up goes up, plus the occasional piece on process. Around six emails a year.
It is published in the open, where anyone can copy it, so it is left short of its final polish and audit pass. The design chosen is fully audited and polished before it goes live.
