Plain language on what Apex Frame Studio collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated September 2026.
When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email address, phone number, type of shoot and message you type into the form. When you subscribe to new-date emails we receive your email address. We do not ask for payment details, card numbers or ID documents through this website.
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a session or studio visit, prepare quotes or package figures you ask for, and send the new-date emails you signed up for. We do not sell your information or share it for other companies' marketing.
The service providers that host this website and deliver our email. If you ask us to arrange prints, albums or travel, we share only what that print lab, supplier or carrier needs — and only after you ask.
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can follow up on a session you asked about. Subscriber addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email [email protected] or call (313) 555-0177 and we will respond within 30 days.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store basic technical data needed to display the pages.
