Coaching sessions and prices

Six sessions, each with its length, what it covers and the price it is offered at. The price is the whole fee; nothing is added at the end that was not described at the start, and no financial product is sold alongside it.

  • First money session

    $95

Seventy-five minutes, in the studio or by video. The coach and the client go through take-home income, fixed bills, regular spending, every debt balance and the goals that matter most, working from whatever statements or rough notes the client brings. The session ends with a one-page written summary and three next steps, so the client leaves with something to act on rather than a sales proposal.

Suits Anyone starting from scratch, or anyone who wants a second opinion before choosing a longer programme.

  • Spending plan build

    $240

Three 60-minute sessions spread over six weeks. The first sets up a monthly spending plan from real bank and card history; the second checks that plan against a month of actual spending and adjusts the categories that did not hold; the third sets a savings target and an automatic transfer the plan can carry. Worksheets are shared after each session and stay with the client.

Suits Households with a steady income whose money seems to run out before the end of the month.

  • Debt payoff plan

    $180

Two 75-minute sessions. The first puts every balance, interest rate and minimum payment on one page and compares payoff orders such as smallest balance first and highest rate first; the second fixes the order, the monthly amount and an estimated date for each balance to clear if the plan is followed. The coach does not negotiate with lenders or recommend a loan, and every timeline is an estimate rather than a promise.

Suits Anyone carrying several card, store or personal loan balances who wants one clear order to pay them in.

  • Couples money session

    $150

Ninety minutes for two people who share bills or are about to. Each partner describes how money feels fair to them now, then the session sets out which costs are shared, how each person contributes, what each keeps separate and how often the two will sit down to review. The coach keeps the conversation practical, does not take sides and does not offer relationship counselling.

Suits Couples moving in together or marrying, or finding that the same argument about money keeps coming back.

  • Irregular income plan

    $210

Two 90-minute sessions for freelancers, commission earners, tipped workers and seasonal staff. The plan sets a baseline month from the leanest recent income, a holding account that evens out the gaps, and a written rule for what happens to the money from a good month. Setting money aside for tax is covered as a budgeting habit; the tax figure itself should come from a qualified tax professional.

Suits Self-employed and variable-income earners who never quite know what next month will bring.

  • Quarterly check-in

    $65

Forty-five minutes, in the studio or by video, for clients who have completed an earlier session. The coach reviews the spending plan and payoff progress since the last meeting, updates the numbers for any change in income or bills, and resets the next three months of targets. A check-in is booked only when the client asks for one; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Suits Returning clients who want a regular, low-cost point of accountability after a longer session.

How a session is arranged

  1. 01

Send the session and a time range

The contact form asks which session is wanted and roughly when. A message sent from this page does not hold a time on its own.

  2. 02

A reply with the open times

Ledgerleaf Money Coaching replies with the times that are actually free for that session, confirms the price and lists what is worth bringing.

  3. 03

The session is agreed in writing

Only a confirmed reply holds a time. Statements and account details are never requested by email; they are looked at together in the session.

If two sessions look equally right

A debt payoff plan and a spending plan build can both sound like the answer to the same stressful month, and the difference is whether the pressure comes from balances already owed or from money going out each week. Describing the month in the contact form settles it faster than choosing from this page.

Ask about a session

A short note about the money question and a rough time range is enough to start. Ledgerleaf Money Coaching replies with the session that fits and the times that are actually open.

Money notes

An occasional email with one practical budgeting idea and any change to the studio hours. One address, nothing else, and it stops the moment it is asked to.
