About the studio
Ledgerleaf Money Coaching is a fee-only money coaching studio on Maple Hollow Avenue in Columbus, Ohio, working with individuals, couples and self-employed earners.
The studio offers six coaching sessions: a first money session, a spending plan build, a debt payoff plan, a couples money session, an irregular income plan and a quarterly check-in. Each is a single named session at a single published price, held in a quiet room on Maple Hollow Avenue or by video, and each ends with written notes the client keeps.
Ledgerleaf was founded on the idea that most money stress comes from not knowing where things stand rather than from a lack of clever products. Sessions are about seeing the numbers clearly, choosing an order and building habits, so nothing is offered for sale during one and no commission is earned from any bank, lender or insurer.
Three operating principles
-
The fee is the fee
Every session is published with what it costs. No figure moves once the session is agreed, and no paid add-on is proposed in the room.
-
Coaching, not advice
Ledgerleaf Money Coaching teaches and organises. It does not recommend investments, sell insurance or loans, prepare tax returns or give legal advice, and it never promises a result.
-
The numbers stay private
Statements are looked at together in the session and are not copied or kept. The coordinator arranges times and never sees a client’s figures.
What happens, in four steps
-
Step 1
Get in touch
Send the session wanted and a rough time range through the contact form, or telephone during opening hours.
-
Step 2
A time is confirmed
The studio replies with the times that are free, confirms the price and suggests which statements are worth bringing.
-
Step 3
Bring what is easy to find
Recent bank and card statements help, but a first session works from rough figures too. Nothing needs to be tidy beforehand.
-
Step 4
Leave with a written plan
The session runs for its published length and ends with written next steps. Nothing is sold, and no follow-up is booked unless it is asked for.
What the coaching does not do
Ledgerleaf Money Coaching provides financial education and coaching. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker, insurance agent, tax preparer or law firm; it does not manage money or accounts on anyone’s behalf, and it does not negotiate with lenders or creditors. Coaching can make a plan clearer, but no session guarantees a particular result. Where a question needs one of those licensed professionals, the coach says so rather than answering it.
Ask about a session
A short note about the money question and a rough time range is enough to start. Ledgerleaf Money Coaching replies with the session that fits and the times that are actually open.
