Where does an engagement usually start?
With the discovery workshop. Half a day on site is the cheapest way to learn whether the problem is the process, the tooling or the reporting, before anyone is asked to spend real money.
Are the published prices final?
The fixed prices hold for the scope described. Anything marked from is quoted after the discovery workshop, when the size of the work is actually known.
What should a client prepare?
Access to the people who do the work, and a sample of the real records. A sanitised export is fine; nothing confidential needs to leave your systems for a first session.
Will you tell us to buy an AI tool?
Only if one would genuinely help. The readiness assessment often ends by recommending that the data or the process is fixed first, and no software is resold or commissioned here.
Can we ask for a particular consultant?
Yes. Name them in the enquiry and we will confirm availability. On longer work one consultant stays with the engagement from discovery through to the advisory sessions.
Does this website confirm a booking?
No. The form sends an enquiry. Dates are confirmed by reply, with the scope, the fee basis and the deliverable set out in writing first.
How are sessions changed or cancelled?
Call the office or use the contact form. A workshop moved with a week’s notice is rebooked at no charge; inside that, the day has usually been held for you.
