Who handles permits or regulated trade work?
Responsibility is stated in the written scope. Electrical, structural, drainage, pesticide, hazardous-tree or other regulated work requires qualified providers where applicable.
Can Stoneleaf select plants?
A garden plan can describe character, size and site considerations. Suitability and availability are reviewed without plant-health or survival guarantees.
Can existing stone or materials be reused?
Possibly, after condition, quantity, access and suitability for the agreed non-engineering scope are reviewed.
What must be ready before a visit?
Confirm access, secure pets, identify utilities or restrictions, move fragile items and share any known site constraints.
Are recurring visits available?
Yes, when the service area, property scope, frequency, access and seasonal schedule are confirmed.
How is work booked?
