Over 70 lb moves the appointment to the morning drop-off window. Wire coats are a dog service. Every band is a band: the groomer confirms the price at drop-off, before any work starts.

Drop-off and comb-through
The groomer goes through the coat with a comb while the owner is still there, says what the coat needs, and confirms the price band before anything starts.

Bath, dry, and the work itself
Bath, a proper dry, then the haircut, de-shed or hand-strip the coat actually calls for. Nails and ears are part of every appointment.

Collection, on a named time
Pets go home the same day on a time given at drop-off. Nobody waits in a crate for a slot that was never booked.
