Start with the descriptions, prices and times on the services page. When two look equally right, such as a precision cut and a dry cut for curls, a short note in the contact form about the hair and how it is usually worn is enough for the studio to recommend one.

Arrive with the hair worn the way it normally is, not freshly washed or tied back, so the stylist can see how it falls. Two or three photographs of a wanted result help, and so does a note of any color or chemical service in the past year.

A strand test is done for anyone new to color at the studio and before any large change of shade. It takes about fifteen minutes, can be done at a short visit a few days before the appointment and is not charged for.

Yes. Name the stylist in the contact form or when calling, and the studio replies with that stylist's open times for the service requested.

No. The contact form sends a request and the Book button leads to the booking page; an appointment is confirmed only when the studio replies to confirm it.

Call the studio or use the contact form at least a day before the appointment. The studio confirms any change directly, and the new time is held once that reply has been sent.

The listed price covers the service as described. If very long or very thick hair needs extra product or time, the stylist says so at the consultation, before any work begins, and the client decides then.
