Fern & Marigold Flowers is a flower shop at 112 Ashfield Row in Providence, working to a scope that is agreed before the order is made.
The shop takes six services and nothing else. Each one has a written scope and a published price, and what the market brought is checked against that scope before any work begins. An order that needs more than the booked service is re-quoted at that point, and the customer decides.
Nothing is added during an order. There is no upsell at the counter, no package, and no charge that appears only on the way out. What was asked for is what is made, unless somebody agreed otherwise first.

What this shop does not do
Fern & Marigold Flowers is a flower shop and not a nursery or a garden centre. It does not plant, maintain or guarantee living plants in the ground, and it makes no claim about a cut stem beyond how it was conditioned. Large arrangements are made to a date agreed in advance, so the flowers for them are genuinely in the building.
