These answers explain what Pinework organizes, what the client supplies, how access is handled and what remains outside scope.
Is Pinework an accounting or CFO service?
No. Pinework organizes contractor records and workflows. It does not perform accounting, assurance, tax, legal, investment, engineering or licensed CFO services.
Do you correct financial records?
We can identify missing labels, unclear routes and agreed documentation gaps. A qualified accountant or other specialist must make accounting, tax or regulated determinations.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Describe one recurring record handoff, the tools involved, the roles involved and where the question tends to stop. Do not send sensitive records initially.
Can you work with our existing tools?
The mapping can describe an existing tool route when access, scope and responsibility are agreed. Pinework does not guarantee compatibility or configure third-party platforms unless explicitly scoped.
How are project files handled?
Only the minimum agreed records are requested. Access, retention and deletion timing are documented before files are shared.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Listed services range from a half day to four weeks. Timing is confirmed after scope, access and availability are reviewed.
Does a fieldbook guarantee fewer errors or better margins?
No. It documents an agreed record route and responsibilities. It cannot guarantee accuracy, compliance, profitability, savings or any business result.
How do we book?
