Eight questions, answered plainly
Grouped by what the question is about: choosing and paying for a service, getting in touch, and how a first visit actually runs.

About the work itself
How should a visitor choose a service?
Start with the service descriptions and prices. Contact the business when two options appear equally suitable.
What should a first-time visitor prepare?
Provide the property type, a concise description of the garden and safe access information for machinery. Do not attempt a hazardous cut or lift before the visit.
Is a site assessment visit suitable for every garden?
Suitability depends on the customer's needs and the service scope. The contact form can be used to ask before proceeding.

Can a visitor request a specific gardener?
Yes. Use the contact form to name a preferred gardener; availability is confirmed separately.
If the question is not here, the contact form reaches the firm directly and an answer does not require a visit. Send a question instead.
Does the website complete a booking?
No. The website sends a contact request or directs the visitor to the configured Book destination; it does not confirm an appointment.
How are changes or cancellations handled?
Use the published telephone number or contact form. The business confirms any change directly.

Are the displayed prices final?
Published prices apply to the stated scope. Any “from” or custom price requires a confirmed estimate before work begins.
Where can privacy information be found?
The Privacy page explains what the contact and subscribe forms collect, why it is collected and how to request removal.
