Four roles across six services

Each role concentrates on two of the six services. The emphasis is the same across all four: safe diagnosis, a written scope, and approval before any added work.

  • A technician in overalls working on the suspension of a car raised on a workshop lift.

    Dale Whitcomb

    Owner and lead technician

Leads diagnostic and repair-versus-replace work with a written account of symptoms, observations and options. The role separates what is known from what still needs measurement and does not promise a repair result before the car is inspected.

  • A hand drawing the dipstick to check the engine oil level under a raised hood.

    Renata Voss

    Service coordinator

Turns enquiries into useful job notes by confirming make, model, mileage, service history and the behavior being reported. This role explains the next response window without advertising round-the-clock or guaranteed emergency recovery.

  • A technician leaning over a wing with a wrench, working on an engine under a raised hood.

    Curtis Amaya

    Senior diagnostic technician

Concentrates on engine diagnostics, scheduled servicing and the condition of the drivetrain. Each job follows a consistent sequence so findings can be explained clearly instead of reduced to a one-line recommendation.

  • Engine components laid out in the bay of a red car during a mechanical inspection.

    Lena Ostrowski

    Brakes and suspension specialist

Focuses on braking performance, suspension wear and the noises that arrive with them. The role uses measurements and service history to help distinguish wear, damage and adjustment before suggesting a path forward.

What the firm concentrates on

One technician stays with one car from the first reading to the handover. That is why work is booked against a scope rather than against an hour.

Start with a diagnostic scan

Readings first, written down and shown, with the options set out before anything is fitted.

Service notes, occasionally

An email when a service interval is worth a reminder or a recall affects a common model. No fixed schedule, and one link in every message removes an address from the list.
