Each role below names the person who leads it and the reasons a client would contact them.
Team role 01
Yasmin Delgado
Takes the classic and gel manicures, and still opens the studio herself most mornings. Yasmin opened the studio in Tampa in 2018 and still takes the first appointment of every day.
Team role 02
Nikki Tran
Takes the structured gel and the classic pedicures, and does every soak-off and reset in the studio. Nikki builds and balances structured gel and handles every reset and safe removal.
Team role 03
Camila Ortiz
Takes the nail art detail work and the removal-and-reset appointments. Camila draws the freehand and stamped detail work and keeps the reference book up to date.
Team role 04
Bree Holloway
Covers classic and gel manicures and keeps the diary and the stations running. Bree manages the booking diary, the prep of each station and the aftercare notes clients take home.
It is published in the open, where anyone can copy it, so it is left short of its final polish and audit pass. The design chosen is fully audited and polished before it goes live.
